MIND-BODY COACHING
Supporting the life you’re ready to grow into, from the inside out
You may not be in crisis, but you know something needs to shift.
Maybe you’re feeling stuck in familiar patterns that no longer serve you.
Maybe you’re navigating a transition and unsure how to move forward.
Or maybe you’re longing to live, lead, or love in a way that feels more you — more aligned, more honest, more embodied.
Mind-Body Coaching is a somatic, values-centered approach to transformation. It invites you into a process of becoming, not just by changing how you think, but by changing how you be in your body, your relationships, and your actions.
This work is not about striving or self-improvement.
It’s about returning to your body, your values, your capacity, and the authentic version of you that’s ready to re-emerge.
My Approach
My approach to coaching is holistic, body-centered, and integrative. It’s designed to create meaningful impact, deep internal integration, and accelerated movement toward what truly matters to you. I provide a wide range of practical, somatic tools that guide the change process which will help you bridge the gap between intention and embodied action.
This approach supports you in gaining greater access to your thoughts, feelings, beliefs, attitudes, behaviors, and relational patterns — especially the ones that may have been operating just outside of conscious awareness. Often, these are the patterns that quietly obstruct us from living in alignment with our full potential.
Through a balance of depth-oriented inquiry and action-focused practice, Mind-Body Coaching empowers you to address what’s been in the way of your goals, vision, vitality, and sense of connection. This isn’t only about feeling better. It’s about becoming more resourced, more present, and more authentically yourself.
I draw from a wide spectrum of body-centered therapy and somatic coaching modalities, including Gestalt, Hakomi, Focusing, Body-Mind Centering, Somatic Experiencing, Somatic Stress Release, Strozzi Somatic Coaching, the Expressive Arts, the Adler Coaching Model, the Ayurvedic Wellness Coaching Model and Mindfulness. These approaches inform an integrative, client-centered process that supports embodied transformation, nervous system resilience, and values-based living.
Mind-Body Coaching integrates the wisdom of the body, the science of the nervous system, and the relational intelligence of your lived experience. It’s based in the understanding that real transformation happens when your actions, boundaries, and ways of relating align with your values; even when life feels uncertain or overwhelming.
You might seek Mind-Body Coaching if:
You’re in a transitional season and need support navigating what’s emerging
You find yourself stuck in cycles of overthinking, over-functioning, or emotionally shutting down
You want to set boundaries, speak up, or step forward — but something holds you back
You long to take action rooted in your values rather than fear, urgency, or self-doubt
You’re done bypassing your body and want to build a more trusting relationship with it
What working together looks like:
Coaching sessions are 55 minutes and held virtually. We begin by exploring what matters most to you — the deeper longing, purpose, or vision that’s calling you forward. From there, we co-create somatic practices that support your growth and embodiment.
This might include:
Practicing boundaries through posture, gesture, and voice
Exploring emotional responses as physical experiences
Reconnecting with your values through movement, breath, or stillness
Releasing survival patterns that no longer support you
Building new patterns — not just in your thoughts, but in your body and nervous system
This is a coaching process rooted in presence, practice, and partnership.
We go at your pace. We work with your body, not against it.
Together, we strengthen your capacity to take intentional, grounded action in service of your growth.
