You've been the capable one for a long time.

Mind-body therapy for emotionally attuned adults carrying significant responsibility in their professional and personal lives, ready to move out of chronic overextending and feel genuinely present, grounded, and connected in their lives, their relationships, and themselves.

Your why

You Might Be
Here Because…

You're physically there for the people you love. You're just not sure you're actually present with them.

You've tried therapy before. You're looking for something that goes deeper than insight.

You're navigating burnout, a life transition, or both, and your usual ways of coping are no longer enough.

You feel like you're always on. Your nervous system has been on high alert for so long that you can't remember the last time you actually felt at ease.

Your body has been trying to get your attention. You've been told it's just stress. You've tried to lower it. And yet your body keeps telling a different story.

How we are different

Support That Goes
Beneath the Surface

You already know what the pattern is. You've known for a while. What you may not yet know is why understanding it hasn't been enough to change it.

Most people who find their way here are not short on self-awareness. They understand their patterns, have often done therapy before, and can articulate with precision what they'd like to change. What they haven't been able to do is feel differently, or respond differently in the moments that matter most.

That gap is not a personal failing. It is what happens when the approaches we turn to for support work primarily at the level of the thinking mind, while the patterns themselves live somewhere else entirely.

The overextending, the difficulty resting, the sense of being readily available for everyone but yourself. These patterns don't primarily live in your thoughts. They live in the nervous system, in the body's learned responses, and in the parts of you that developed those responses for very good reasons. Insight can name them. Something more embodied is needed to actually shift them.

This work is rooted in Internal Family Systems, Applied Polyvagal Theory, somatic training, and therapeutic yoga. Together they weave into something coherent, all oriented toward the same intention: reaching the places where the pattern actually lives. In the body. In the nervous system. In a steadier, more grounded relationship with yourself and the people you love.

Ways to Work Together

Mind-Body Therapy

For the person who has been holding it together for a long time and is beginning to sense that this way of living is no longer sustainable.

Whether you are navigating the weight of your own patterns, the distance that has crept into your relationship, or simply the sense that something needs to change at a level you haven't been able to reach alone, there is a space here for you.

This is therapy that tends to what lives beneath the surface, in you and in your relationships.

Psychotherapy and Couples Counselling are available to Ontario-based clients. Sessions are offered online.

For You

You are capable, conscientious, and genuinely exhausted. Not the kind of exhaustion that shows. The kind you carry quietly, underneath everything that appears to be working. You have probably tried to think your way through this, and you are beginning to sense that thinking isn't quite reaching it.

Here, psychotherapy becomes a space to slow down, turn toward what your body and nervous system have been carrying, and find your way back to a steadier, more grounded sense of yourself. This therapy helps you connect back to the true Self that exists underneath the roles, the responsibilities, and the relentless effort of keeping everything together.

For Your Relationship

You and your partner may care deeply about each other and still feel caught in the same cycles, the same distance, the same conversations that go nowhere. There is often something more tender beneath the surface of those cycles.

Am I still important to you? Will you be there when I reach for you?

In couples therapy, we slow the relational patterns down, attend to the emotional and somatic responses that shape how you communicate, and create the conditions for connection to rebuild with greater safety, clarity, and mutual care.

Clinical Supervision

Grounded in a somatic-informed approach to supervision, this is a space that attends to the full experience of doing this work; including the cases that stay with you, the relational patterns that surface in session, the ways the work lives in your body over time, and the quieter question of how to keep practising in a way that feels steady and genuinely yours.

This is not supervision as performance. It is a space for thoughtful RSWs and RPs who want their professional growth to feel more embodied, relational, and deeply integrated.

Supervision is available for Registered Social Workers and Registered Psychotherapists in Ontario working with adult clients and is grounded in the ethical frameworks of OCSWSSW and CRPO.

1:1 and Dyadic Supervision

Some things in practice call for a more personal space. A case that is staying with you. A pattern you keep noticing in yourself. A question about your clinical direction that needs reflective space.

In our work together, you will find that kind of focused, unhurried attention through a somatic-informed approach to supervision, tailored closely to your pace, your work, and where you are in your practice right now.

I am currently welcoming new supervisees.

The Seasonal Supervision Circle

For RSWs and RPs in Ontario who are ready for a supervision space that holds them in their growth, not just adds to it. A small, closed group experience shaped around the rhythm of the seasons, gathering quarterly at the equinoxes and solstices as reflective anchor points across the year.

Each seasonal cohort begins with an intentional opening circle and unfolds across monthly sessions that honour your clinical load, your capacity, and the natural rhythm of the season.

Alongside case reflection and ethical accountability, this circle attends to the therapist inside the work. Your internal experience is not separate from supervision here. It is part of it.

Taking shape for Autumn Equinox 2026.

About me

Meet Jazmine,
MSW, RSW, RYT

I know this internal landscape, because I have lived it.

For years I worked in a fast-paced, high-volume counselling environment, carrying more than I was acknowledging, in my body, in my nervous system, and in the quiet dread that arrived on Sunday evenings. I know what it feels like when chronic stress starts to express itself physically. I also know what it is like to be told it is just stress, and to be sent away with a self-care checklist that left me feeling stressed about solving my stress.

Yoga changed that. From there, somatic work deepened, then IFS, then polyvagal theory. Each step felt less like adding something new and more like finding the next piece of something coherent. What began as a personal encounter with chronic stress gradually became the clinical orientation this practice is built on.

The journey that led me here is one I now have the privilege of accompanying others through.

It would be an honour to walk alongside you.

Be well,

Jazmine Juarez is a Registered Social Worker and Psychotherapist with over 18 years of clinical experience, holding a Master of Social Work from the University of Toronto, is a member in good standing with OCSWSSW and is a Registered Yoga Teacher.

An Invitation

If something on this page has stayed with you, that is worth paying attention to.

Reaching out is not a small thing. Whether you are here for yourself, for your relationship, or for your own growth as a clinician, you do not need to have it all figured out before you get in touch. A consultation is simply a conversation. A chance to ask questions, get a sense of whether this feels like the right fit, and take one small step toward whatever it is you are sensing you need.

There is no pressure here.
Whenever you are ready, the door is open.
